To ensure the highest quality and keep our operations as sustainable as possible, every sticker page and spiral notebook is custom-printed to order just for you. This means our fulfillment process has two distinct steps: production (printing) and transit (shipping).
1. Processing & Production Times
Because your items are custom-made, they must be printed and bound before they can ship.

Average Production Time: 2 to 4 business days.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your custom items are printed, they are packaged securely and handed over to our shipping carriers. We ship anywhere within the United States.

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your custom order is printed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status once it leaves the printing facility.
4. Shipping Address Policy
Because our system instantly routes your custom specifications to our printing partners, we cannot change the shipping address once your order has been placed.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Peel & Plan is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
